FormFieldmatch AI can automatically compare and match form fields with attachment fields if you have a pre-field form with attachments. It does this by comparing the two and providing you with field-by-field matching results. This process works smooth and efficient for single files or can be very useful while you’re doing the transactions in bulk.

Step By Step Process

  1. First, you’ve got field data; either you've to fill the data manually, take it through Excel, or choose from the templates (Invoice, Patient information), and create a form.
  2. Now you attach the attachment in the form of a PDF file.
  3. Click the "Compare" button, and Match Xtract will find the matching fields between the form and the attached document.
  4. You'll receive a detailed result showing the matched fields.
